The School of Coaching

Established in 1997, The School of Coaching is a joint venture between The Work Foundation (formerly The Industrial Society) and Myles Downey. The primary purpose of the School is to develop the coaching capacity of senior managers and executives such that they can transform the performance and learning of those they work with and manage.

The School of Coaching is composed of some of the most talented coaches working in the UK. Development programmes are run from The Work Foundation premises at Carlton House Terrace, London or in-company which can be delivered on-site, at the School of Coaching or in another suitable location.

The School has developed a series of unique approaches that do more than develop generic coaching skills – they deliver immediate business results.
