Myles Downey is a coach and consultant whose aim is to work with the leadership, teams and individuals to achieve business objectives. With over 15 years’ experience Myles has worked globally with a number of successful organisations in a broad variety of sectors, including professional services, banking, manufacturing, oil and gas, brewing and distilling, retailing, construction and information technology. He is author of Effective Coaching published in June 1999, which due to its success has its second edition due for publication in November 2003.
