Myles Downey is a coach and consultant whose aim is to work with the leadership, teams and individuals to achieve business objectives. With over 15 years’ experience Myles has worked globally with a number of successful organisations in a broad variety of sectors, including professional services, banking, manufacturing, oil and gas, brewing and distilling, retailing, construction and information technology. Myles is Director of Studies at The School of Coaching in the UK, which he established in 1997 in association with The Work Foundation (formerly The Industrial Society) with the aim of developing great coaches who can |
transform the performance of individuals and teams within organisations. He is author of Effective Coaching published in June 1999, which due to its success has its second edition due for publication in November 2003. Through Downey Coaching and Consultancy, the predominant part of Myles’ work is in Performance Coaching for Senior Executives and Leadership teams. |
